Our leadership commits to working with each network-based faculty member on a regular basis regarding his/her research, pedagogical approaches as well as be open to curricular developments. Further, our leadership commits to maintaining active relationship with our students, participants, corporate clients and our alumni. Finally, our leadership commits to good corporate citizenship and value-based standards and ethical behaviour.
A flat hierarchy in the institute's governance guarantees fast decisions and prevents queues of problems. Innovative power can make its way through all departments and the board has a direct bonding to all key functions. Team-spirit and target-orientation are daily occurrences at the Lorange Institute of Business Zurich.
