Tailored Corporate Programs

The tailored corporate programs of the Lorange Institute of Business offer you a variety of advantages. You shall profit from our concentrated support. A tailored program starts with a planning meeting where we discuss your expectations as the program shall focus on the specific needs of your company. As such there may be a wide range of offerings.

It is up to you to make this important decision. You will decide on the number of participants, the content and the length of the program and also where it takes place. We are glad to host you at our management center in Horgen in a both beautiful and inspiring atmosphere right on the shores of Lake Zurich. Or we travel to you –  wherever you are.

We are ready to design for you a variety of non-traditional program offerings tailored to your needs - as we did for a retailer from the pharmaceutical branch.

2. Revenue Management
A leading food company asked us to help them to increase revenue. We developed a program for generating more and higher revenue – a substantial target of almost every firm.

3. Leadership
Strengthening one’s leadership culture is an important though often neglected task. When a transportation company with worldwide activities asked us to support them, we developed a tailored program on leadership.

4. Finance & Timing
Many firms face large capacity expansion decisions, like a smaller private financial institution for which we introduced a tailored program with a strong focus on the timeline. To time an expansion well is key – both when it comes to green-field investments, capacity expansions as well as acquisitions. Moreover, equally important is to secure the financing by means such as loan facilities, issuance of bonds, call for new equity or others.

Individual Tailored Coaching

There is the well-known saying “it is lonely at the top, but you eat better”. The challenges for executives can be tough and as such incomparable to other tasks and duties.

For this reason, we offer executives individual coaching, tailored to current questions and needs, including a variety of topics:

• One-to-one work with a well established coach
• Primary purpose: to accelerate the development of an executive’s leadership capability
• Secondary purpose: for an individual executive to get to know his own strengths and weakness better
• The individual one-to-one coaching takes place after a corporate program, either at the Lorange Institute’s premises or at the executive’s work place.
• A plan for an individual executive’s program for coaching is to be developed in cooperation with our experienced leadership development team.
